Hawaiian Black Lava salt gains its dramatic and eye-catching colour from the activated charcoal that it is blended with.

 

Harvested from the Pacific waters off the small Hawaiian island of Molokai, this salt is both pure and unrefined. With a much stronger flavour than most table salts due to its mineral rich properties, the black lava should only be used as a finishing salt.
