Gin Botanical Infusion Kit - 37g
Craft your own cocktails with this unique blend of warm spices and aromatic botanicals. Transform the gin of your choice using the distinct flavours of Coriander Seeds, Juniper Berries, Cardamom Pods and Pink Peppercorns. The set includes instructions on how to create your optimum flavours however experimentation and innovation are encouraged! Instruction leaflet and serving tips enclosed.

Star Anise Clip Top Jar - 20g
These beautiful little seed pods are actually the fruit of a Chinese evergreen. They exude a beautiful aniseed aroma and flavour despite not been related to the anise plant whatsoever. Their sweet, liquorice flavour compliments meat dishes as well as sweet desserts too. When using the Star Anise whole, they can be effective when infused in tea or as part of a soup or broth. After combining with your soup or tea, remove the seeds before drinking. Their aromatic flavour will still remain once removed.

Pickling Spice Pouch - 50g
This vibrant blend of spices will add some punch to your pickle. As autumn draws near, it's time to start pickling in preparation for Christmas. Packed full of whole spices, this blend contains the following ingredients:
Yellow mustard seeds
Black mustard seeds

Black peppercorns

Coriander seeds
This blend is suitable for pickling walnuts, onions, eggs and for making spiced vinegar. We suggest adding 1 tablespoon of pickling spice per pint of vinegar. Packaged in a resealable pouch for your convenience, along with kraft paper tag and decorative ribbon.
