red alaea salt

Originating from Hawaii, the Red Alaea salt achieves its vibrant colour as a result of the red volcanic clay that it has absorbed from its surroundings.

 

As with many artisanal salts, the Red Alaea is naturally packed with minerals, Iron in particular, and has a unique and strong taste. Its distinctive flavour is well suited to red meat and aesthetically it will bring excitement to any dish.
